Shipping

Pre-order fulfillment. Every current order is a founder's pre-order from our first production batch, estimated to ship Summer 2026. You'll get an order confirmation immediately and a shipping confirmation with tracking the moment your order is fulfilled.

Rates. Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship at a flat $6.99.

Delivery. Standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days from fulfillment. We currently ship within the United States only; international shipping will be announced soon.

Returns & Refunds

Pre-orders are fully refundable any time before they ship — just email support@drinknaturalgas.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Consumables. Once shipped, energy drinks and powder packets can't be returned for health and safety reasons. If anything arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo and we'll replace it free.

Apparel. Returnable within 30 days, unworn and in original condition with tags attached.
