Shipping policy
Processing & Fulfillment All current orders are pre-orders as part of our first production batch. Orders are fulfilled and shipped once our first batch is ready, estimated Summer 2026. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with full tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.
Shipping Rates Free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate of $6.99.
Delivery Times Standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days from the date of fulfillment. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.
Domestic Shipping Only We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping availability will be announced through our Instagram @drinknaturalgas.
Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website or through your account on our store.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@drinknaturalgas.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will replace damaged items at no cost. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate with the carrier.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@drinknaturalgas.com and we will do our best to correct it before fulfillment.
